About Us
David and Lori Carter founded Carter & Sons Septic Tank Service Inc. in 1994. We are a family owned and operated business who possess the commitment, integrity and trust you can count on. We service Santa Rosa, Escambia and Okaloosa in Florida and Escambia County in Alabama.

Joshua Carter, our oldest son, has been working with his dad since he was in elementary school (1st grade). David would have to stop back by the house around 2 p.m. to get Josh off the school bus, so he could go to work with him. When most kids his age were playing after school, he was in the pump truck with his dad, dragging hoses and loving it. He now operates his own pump truck and is vice president of Carter & Sons Septic Tank Service Inc. He was raised talking with customers and has a great personality, which he uses to answer any questions you may have while doing an excellent job pumping your septic tank. Joshua is now a licensed septic tank contractor and a certified plumbing contractor.

Jayson Carter, our youngest son, is following in his brother’s footsteps with helping his dad. He has been working with his dad since he was old enough to hold a shovel. Like Joshua, when he was younger, Jayson loaded the truck for the next day’s work.
